Moraira & Jávea with friends: padel, beaches and long lunches
The best group trip has a little structure and a lot of breathing space. Inspired by the Moraira and Jávea planning example in GoJoya, this suggested five-day escape brings together padel, coastal time and long meals. It is not a record of a real group’s holiday or confirmation of venue availability.

Your suggested 5 days itinerary
Day 1
Arrive, unpack, catch up
Keep arrival day light. Confirm your onward transport from Valencia with your provider, settle into your accommodation and meet for dinner. El Chamizo is one idea from the sample plan; verify opening and reservations directly.
Day 2
Padel and a coastal afternoon
Book a suitable court session at the municipal Les Sorts sports facility in Moraira. Mix the teams, leave room for beginners and make playing optional. Spend the afternoon by the coast; check any Cala Clémence events directly rather than assuming a particular party runs every week.
Day 3
El Portet and a long lunch
Take a slow breakfast, then explore El Portet, the shell-shaped bay beside the Cap d’Or peninsula. Later, consider La Siesta in Jávea for a relaxed meal. Confirm tables and transport, especially if the group wants to have drinks.
Day 4
Choose your own morning
Offer another padel session for enthusiasts and an independent café or coastal walk for everyone else. Reunite for dinner rather than making the entire group follow one schedule.
Day 5
Coffee, photos and home
Keep departure plans simple. Check transfers, collect everyone’s favorite photos and review any shared costs while the details are fresh.
Before you go
- Agree on a rough budget and which activities are optional before anyone books for the whole group.
- Confirm court reservations, restaurant capacity and cancellation terms directly. A sample itinerary is not an availability check.
- Plan a designated driver or suitable transport for evenings out, and check local beach conditions before swimming.
- Take comfortable shoes, suitable sports gear and sun protection. Let each traveler own a small preparation task.
Leave room for real life
Stay based in one place if moving accommodation would interrupt the group’s rhythm. El Arenal in Jávea offers another sandy-beach setting; bad weather can become a slow lunch instead of a failed beach day.

“GoJoya helped us make a plan without making everyone do the same thing. Padel for some, a slow morning for others, and a table together at the end of the day.”
